首次接觸職員是 貴司一名 Sales Mgr, 他會先向發單人進行初步了解單位現況、工程概略、主要服務要求，再逐一簡介它們的服務及可行性執行方向。
及後，在完成初步聯絡後，會主動向發單人發出其公司卡片及booklet, job reference, etc.
*Site visit*
在達成雙方意向後，Sales Mgr 聯同他的工程代表/打理人在開工前，與發單人共同商約在 發單人單位內進行 事前 實地工程狀況及評估 (如：人手、預計工程時間及需時、資源)，並在遇到新增項目及/或工程限制地方上，進行雙向商討及達成共識/協議；及後在受影響的房口內(如黑廁)設置ozne 機 (60G up)，先行嘗試淡化及去除二手香煙味。
*Works day*
在開工當日，Sales Mgr 聯同上述工程代表/打理人及一眾工人，準時上門進行相關工程(專業清潔報價表的家具及設施、簡單木器、牆身漆面小修小補、)，並主動進行拍照以記錄進度。
最後，在預計完工前(完工率約80%), Sales Mgr 會聯絡 發單人，商約集合時間，共同進行工程驗收 (T&C) 及 進行簡單口述簡報完工結果、重點發現及嘗試跟進後的成果。
